Claude spent 18 years performing with major stars in Los Angeles, including JLo and Chris Brown. But in 2020, when she became a mother, her life took a dramatic turn. Postpartum depression hit her hard, bringing her to a place of real darkness. As Claude shared, "I had suicidal ideation and came very close to ending my life at one point.” She didn’t shy away from this reality, and her courage in sharing this part of her journey sheds light on the often-hidden struggles of motherhood.

The Shift to Health and Wellness

Then came the COVID pandemic, which felt oddly aligned with her internal battle. "When COVID hit, I was actually kind of excited that I wasn't going to be alone trapped in my house," she said. But shortly after, she faced another challenge: a Hashimoto’s diagnosis. Conventional medication didn’t sit well with her, so Claude made a powerful decision—to reclaim her health from the inside out.

She committed to a journey of self-healing, using radical lifestyle and dietary changes. This wasn’t just a surface-level shift; she took control with a mindset that left no room for shortcuts.

Building Discipline and Setting Boundaries

Claude didn’t just change her eating habits; she transformed her entire approach to health, choosing to go all in. She made it clear, “I’m not going to do 98% right. Just give 99% effort when I can do 100%.” It’s a mindset that pushes her clients to be just as dedicated. For her, this meant cutting out gluten, dairy, sugar, and alcohol—removing anything that could sabotage her healing journey.

Small, Powerful Habits for Lasting Health

Claude shared the daily habits that helped lay the foundation for her health transformation, habits that I know resonate with so many of you. Prioritizing sleep, managing stress, lifting weights—these aren’t quick fixes; they’re building blocks for a stronger, healthier self. And her mantra is so spot-on: “Losing weight is a byproduct of healing.”
