Most clients see significant improvement in 4 to 6 months. However, the exact length of time depends on your personal health journey and goals.


3. What can I expect from a session?

During our one-on-one sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, review any changes in symptoms, and make adjustments to your plan.


4. Do you offer lab testing?

Yes! You can request lab testing through me to get a deeper understanding of what's happening inside your gut. Lab tests help identify imbalances, infections, or other gut-related issues that may be causing your symptoms.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of gut-related issues, including:

I focus on finding the root cause of your symptoms and offer a holistic, sustainable approach to healing your gut.

This varies from person to person. Some clients start feeling relief within the first few weeks, while others with more complex issues may take a few months to see significant changes. This also varies depending on how committed you are to the program and yourself!


9. Do you offer virtual coaching or in-person sessions?

My entire program is virtual.


10. What is the cost of the program?

The cost of the program depends on the length and level of support you need. I offer different packages, and we can discuss the options during your initial consultation. Payment plans may also be available to make the program more accessible.
